Tokie taikiniai yra: pėstininkų pozicijos, fortifikaciniai įrenginiai ir statiniai ir kt. Kai kurie nejudrieji taikiniai vienoje vietoje būna tik trumpą laiką, pvz., raketų leidimo padaliniai, paleidę raketą, nedelsdami palieka leidimo poziciją.
